• Report to the executive director and take the leading role in site HSE management.
• Work closely with project QHSE manager. Follow HSE Policies, Procedures and Guidelines to ensure awareness of, and compliance with Legal and Company HS&E requirements.
• Compile HSE management plan, check safety operation rules, organize safety check; after checking, summarize and rectify.
• Organize the safety meeting, submit safety weekly reports and safety monthly reports in time.
• Be responsible for identification and evaluation of dangerous source and environmental factor and supervising the implementation of measures.
• Be responsible for investigation and handling of all kinds of accidents.
• In charge of the subcontractor training, site safety management.
• Other tasks.

Requirement:

• 5years experience in developing HSE management systems for international projects
• Know well the related regulations, have a good relation with EPB, safety bureau etc.
• Good communication both in Chinese and English.
• college of science or above degree in health & safety, industrial hygiene, biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related areas.
• Have the team spirit, be positive, work hard
