Job Description
Manage the execution of centrally planned campaigns in the Italian market. Tailor content and campaign assets to the needs of the local market. Contribute towards the overall development of the company’s brand and visual identity and local brand awareness/ execution, ensuring compliance with the brand guidelines. Manage digital channels to communicate with clients (Newsletters, invites, websites). Work with colleagues in the Field Marketing team in the creation of bespoke collateral for Pan-European and regional campaigns Ensure that the elements of the marketing mix required to implement the marketing plan are employed in the most efficient manner and that agreed deliverables are delivered according to the defined scheduled. Execute joint marketing initiatives with key distributors. Appropriately tailor marketing solutions to key clients. Orchestrate client/prospect journeys for the region utilising centrally developed campaigns & templates for web pages, emails, content etc. combined with regional developed assets / events. Utilise central execution services to improve sophistication, consistency and capacity of engagement campaigns Develop targeted direct marketing communications (regular and ad hoc) Formulate ways to increasingly tie all e-communications to country dedicated websites that will allow promotion of BNY Mellon IM EMEA and its products whilst increasing website traffic Lead the localization of all marketing materials, assets and programs required for the designated markets and oversee their review and update ensuring their relevancy for the market Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities. In addition, evaluate activities and identify improvements using data driven methods and making use of centrally developed reports and dashboards. Adhere to compliance processes involving the approval of all local marketing activities and ensure that the agreed procedure is followed and re-visited if needed on an annual basis Establish and track lead generation metrics with central functions and promote the adoption of lead management processes with local partners Work as part of the Marketing team and contribute towards making internal and external processes flow smoothly and efficiently Keep sales, client services and sales support personnel fully informed of all marketing developments affecting the regions at all times. Local event management utilising central even management support, asset and program templates Qualifications Technical Skills, Knowledge, Systems Knowledge (and associated skill level) MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint Online skills – Wordpress and Marketing Automation knowledge – a plus Events experience – a plus Academic/Professional Qualifications (or equivalent qualifiers) Ideally degree educated Marketing background (master or degree) and/or experience in Marketing teams 1-3 years of experience in asset management would be beneficial English – B2 level minimum (spoken and written) BNY Mellon is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
