Align Technology was founded in March 1997 and designs, manufactures and markets Invisalign, a proprietary method for treating malocclusion; the misalignment of teeth.
Due to our rapid expansion in China market, we are now looking for a candidate to fill the following position:

Field Marketing Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities

To support regional market program independently. Contribute to the fast growth of China business with process management, analytical and implementation skills, customer-orientation and collaborative approaches. Follow the strategic marketing projects and events to ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly

？ Be a supporter to help regional sales team launch different kind of practice campaign.
？ Assist to comprehensive practice development and management programs (staff training, practice audit, provider CRM, services to support practice growth with Invisalign) for regional market
？ Implement value-added service to support practice including financing options for providers, key account management scheme (public sector, group practice – beauty HPs), etc. to increase in-clinic conversion of patients to adopt Invisalign treatment
？ Support in develop national and regional KOLs with best practice development and management experiences

Relationship

? Report to Regional Marketing Leader
? Work laterally with China Consumer marketing, Ortho marketing, Professional marketing, and GP marketing managers, and SFE managers in the region
? Support sales teams for program implementation
? Work with other support functions
? Work with Agencies

Qualification

? Basic market analysis methods

? Fast learner (clinical, regulation, etc.)

Education & Experience
? An up-to-date knowledge of the health care environment, including practice and marketing. This level of knowledge would normally be acquired 1-year experience in sales/marketing or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
? Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary organization
? BA degree is a must, any major

Skill sets
? Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Chinese and English.
? Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs
? Able to travel extensively (more than 40% of working hours)
