Objective of job
• Manage to prepare the launch and implementation of new field measurs.
• Supervise the implementation of field measures to ensure the targe can be reached.
• Coordinate regional resource to improve dealers performance.
• Set up communication with authority regarding recall related policies and operations.
Main tasks
Recall and Service Measure Implemenation
• Organize all recall launch preparation together with legal counsel, PR, Technical Service, CAM, DPTS,etc.
• Manage recall related filing to ensure the authority requirement can be fulfilled.
• Communicate with Chinese authorities in cooperation with the technical expert representing DAG regarding recall plans and implementation.
• Organize and implement service measures
Dealer performance supervision and improvement
• Monitor dealers performance for individual recalls and service measures.
• Work out the solution to improve the dealers performance.
Authority communication
• Manage to make proper response in the communication with China authorities by involving relevant departments for all related topics.
• Coordinate to setup special taskforce to set up solid communication strategy for authority investigation.
• Follow up the new requirement for recall related regulations and work out the hanlding strategy within relevant stakeholders.
