Job Description
- Timely & Correctly Monitor/Process with Daily Case Dispatching, hotline, support email queue for IP products(Synopsys SG products)
- Co-work with China Support Center dispatcher to identify the IP cases on the same working platform
- Understand the IP portfolio of SG products, get familiar with all the contact windows of every SG product support team
- Periodical Business analysis with dispatching activities, call tracking, High priority customer support etc.
- Contact window for CRM maintenance/management for Synopsys SG
- Case queue monitoring/dispatching backup for Asia-Pacific region wide
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Team work spirit
- Fluent communication skill in both English & Chinese, writing & speaking
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- SAP CRM experience is a plus. Jira experience is a big plus.
