Job Location: Wuhan

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for completion of process support and installation of new wafer etching and cleaning systems at customer sites. This will include evaluation and documentation of process outputs of hardware modifications/upgrades to existing systems.
• Setup and complete experiments collect data and generate reports for both internal and external distribution.
• Develop process for new application at customer sites on existing Lam equipment.
• Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendation for new and previously installed Lam equipment.
