You will be responsible to co-work with local sales team on customer management and new customer engagement. And handle all technical issues for customers with support from Lenovo HQ team. Your detailed responsibilities are: • Pre-sale HW/SW initial technical requirement communication & evaluation with customer. • Work as a core team member to lead SW/HW technical bidding document release • Handle after-sale SW/HW technical issue with RD / quality team. • Customer product / solution transition management. • Commercial and Telco business opportunity management with sales team and support sales team to engage new customer and biz from solution side. • Global commercial sales / partners training for product solution introduction. • New commercial solution release to all partners and key customers • EMEA Telco biz engagement with local sales team Organization : You will report to Sr. Mgr. Telco & Commercial Product Planning and will have close interlock with the EMEA Tablet Business leader, EMEA Tablet Commercial and Telco BD and EMEA Product operation team. #### Position Requirements: • Above 7+ years mobile device industry working experience • Digital device Android HW/SW system knowledge and background • Experience on commercial business field and Telco business field • Mastering Office tool, especially Excel and Powerpoint. • Responsible, careful, patient and mature.
