As a Field Product Manager you will be responsible for growth & promotion of Power Distribution portfolio of protection devices and systems (miniature circuit breakers, air circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers) and enclosures through Eaton’s Iberia sales organization. You will uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements. You will report directly to the Iberia Segment and Field Product Marketing Manager and will spend approximately 20 to 30% of your time with sales and customers (throughout Iberia, although mainly in Spain). This role may also involve occasional travels to other EMEA locations. Your key deliverables : Build market expertise including competitor benchmark, market trends, local regulations and pricing knowledge Demonstrate product expertise and provide support to sales power distribution solutions and components Understand commercial & industrial segment customers, and their needs through Voice of the Customer campaigns; initiate and/or participate in new product development for the local market Own and manage the local product portfolio in collaboration with the PD Business Units in Austria and in Germany (products, forecast, pricing, promotion, new product introduction, old product phasing out) through the complete product life cycle Develop sales actions and product promotions in coordination with the sales team, and Distribution channel teams (EWS) – including physical or dematerialized events such as trade shows, Mobile Tech Days, webinar or prescription events Create or customize brochures and catalogues (localization), battle cards, videos and other animated contents Conduct technical, product and value proposition training for Eaton sales teams and partners Qualifications Required: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. At least 3 years’ experience in product marketing Electrical engineering advanced knowledge Product management and project management skills Requirement and specification analysis including pricing Sales forecast planning and inventory control Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
