For successful implementation of Eaton’s Buildings as a Grid approach in Turkish market we are looking for a Field Product Manager for Energy Transition and Digital Transformation products, with focus on EV charging technologies. As a Field Product Manager – Buildings as a Grid, focusing on EV Charging, you will be responsible for life cycle management, business development and successful launch of Eaton´s products in the area of Energy Transition and Digital Transformation in Turkey. You will be part of a country marketing organization and will collaborate closely with other marketing team members and sales teams to define the target markets for the supported products – predominantly EV charging technologies, but also power management systems, digital solutions and energy storage systems - participate in creation of local business strategies and go-to-market strategies for the chosen target markets, as well as creation of respective marketing strategies and execution of respective marketing plans to support the agreed long-term business strategies and achievement of profit plan goals on the annual basis. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team members to successfully launch Eaton’s Buildings as a Grid offer in the Turkish market and works closely with Eaton partners and customers for successful implementation of Eaton’s offer. Your primary geographic responsibility is Turkey, but it is also expected that you will support other CEE / Central & Eastern Europe countries that are building their local capabilities in the area of the listed technologies. You will be a go-to person and the expert in the products that support the Energy Transition and Digital Transformation – predominantly EV charging - in the supported local sales organizations and the main internal and external communicator about the products, who is fully able to translate technical features into commercial messaging and works closely with selected partners and providing them technical training and support. The CEE region is building up its technical knowledge and capabilities in the area of EV charging infrastructure and therefore while building the capabilities it is expected from you to provide support in the following activities: application engineering and application support as well as technical input for quotations and pricing proposals. You will also be a part of a wider Product Marketing community of Eaton Europe. Your main responsibilities: Manage the supported product portfolio through the entire life cycle and contribute to the successful sales of the products to the defined target markets in the supported countries: Selection of products fitting the need of the defined target markets Market gap & product fit analysis Competitive analysis of supported product ranges Price positioning versus competitors on the local market Ensure product margins and profitability, support with specific price requirements. Manage products through the entire life cycle starting form a product introduction to the phase-out of the products and replacement with the new products Use intimate understanding of customers, their markets, buying habits and pain points to help shape Eaton’s business strategy, as well as customer & project targeting High involvement in market intelligence projects for the relevant products in cooperation with the Market intelligence, EMEA pricing and relevant BU teams Define service offer for the supported products together with service team Define a product support process in the countries and if needed, different levels of product support and/or is able to deliver the technical and application support virtually or at the customers premise. Develop and execute an action plan in cooperation with the local sales team to grow product sales (target specific customers, markets, channel, value prop) Provide intimate VoC and regulatory insight to Business Units to support new product development Participation in local standard groups/associations Content validation and creation in cooperation with marcom (web content including SEO, marketing collaterals, videos, web content, emails, social media etc) Develop and support execution of product promotions and incentives Prepare for and participate in customer & channel events (key-note speeches, presentations & technical product support) Sales and partner enablement: validation, creation and delivery of technical trainings to sales teams, partners and customers Support specific projects or negotiations together with sales team (to improve win-rate etc). Support with price proposals and quotations. Technical expertise in supported products and the impact on the (buildings) electrical infrastructure. Can support with electrical specifications and technical proposals. Regular internal communication on the supported products #LI-ID1 Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering Good understanding of electrical products and technologies, experience in EV charging solutions is a big advantage. Marketing education is an advantage Understanding business basics including revenue projections, business metrics and financial planning, as well as pricing. Marketing skills: knowledge and experience in demand generation, digital marketing, project management etc Presentation skills: the ability to be persuasive in front of customers, partners, industry influencers, competitors, policymakers. Explanation skills: the ability to grow knowledge in the CSO and Zone. Fluent in Turkish as well as English Experience in working with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment Experience of working within a matrix organization Translation of technical features into commercial messaging Experience in working in a comparable marketing / product management role A self-starter with energy and enthusiasm towards in a matrix team environment A team player, eager to cooperate and develop marketing further in cooperation with the colleagues from the same sales zone and other sales zones. Eager to drive a successful growth in the zone for EV charging technologies and enjoys teaching colleagues in zone.
