A. Hold responsible for PQ field project execution.

B. Supervises and provides directions to cross-functional teams to ensure smooth internal communication and hand-over.

C. Communicate and execute the process of field project management with cross-functional teams with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and functional ownership.

D. Work with sub-contractors and customers to timely solve issues and achieve customer satisfaction.

E. Develop effective relationship with customers to drive growth and build value for Eaton.

F. Manages risks and requirements of the project through effective planning and controlling, measuring all elements to ensure the requirements and goals are successfully achieved.

G. Manage customer contract, pricing, terms and conditions and contractual flow-down through the organization. Ensure effective change management process is utilized and drive change orders if changes driven by customers.

H. Provides periodic project updates of current situation relating to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas (e.g., technical, on-site quality and project schedule).  Provides updates to the business units as well as divisional levels.

I. Apply the field project management tools to track project performance status, identify issues and develop solutions and communicate with teams to ensure that the direction of the organization is clearly understood.

Qualifications

  • Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Engineering or Business degree preferred
  • 6-8 years experiences in Project Management, or Engineering and/or Product Development Management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales or marketing
  • Leadership skills - capability to lead change in an Integrated Team (IPT).
  • Developing to fully demonstrating in Project Management methodologies, processes and tools
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation (PMP) or equivalent highly recommended
  • Good communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management and customer
  • Experienced in Risk Management
  • Good analytical skills and business acumen
