SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Provide on-site service to customers regarding product quality issues, Customer application concerns. Initiative to understand customer needs and proactive involvement on customer application to support customer’s success. Help in collecting relevant information regarding product quality and reliability performance at customer side, understanding the performance trends at customer side. Delight customers through driving continuous improvement internally and providing prompt and professional customer quality support.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Actively working as customer main contact interface for all quality relative issues to provide prompt response /service to customers

2. Work with factory to drive internal team for quality improvement.

3. Collect quality performance at customer side, capable to summarize the major issues, perform regular analysis of customer return info, and communicate to internal team including R&D if needed for lessons learned upon customer return analysis and area for improvement and drive for continuous improvement.

4. Give customer products application suggestions/solution to image customer value-added service.

5. Build good relationship with customer acting an aspect to customer.

POSITION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in supporting customer quality for IC including customer certification process, line quality, and field quality issues

• Ability to perform initial information gathering and basic analysis of customer issues

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Ideal candidate will have worked for an IC supplier to major handset customers

• Good team work and communication skill.

• Ability to work fully proficient and independently; self-directed and motivated; customer oriented.

• Good spoken and written English ability

• Able to work under stress and travel upon business needs.

• Strong PC skills, with windows based environments especially on data analysis.
