Functional Responsibility

? Have good sense to identify sales opportunity on FM, develop and maintain good relationship with Field Sales customers.

具有良好的市场敏锐度开发FM业务的销售机会, 开发及维护与销售类客户的良好关系.

? Building sales network and meet the minimum number of face to face client visits per month, win new business to achieve monthly target.

建立地区销售网络并达到每月最低客户拜访数要求, 赢得新生意, 完成每月的销售指标.

? Cooperate with related products and departments, set up SOP, ensure smooth operation to minimize customer's complaint or service issues.

与相关产品部门合作, 在赢得新生意时做好SOP, 以确保流畅的操作环节, 使客人的投诉和服务问题最小化.

? Responsible to push AR collection if have.

确保每个客户的发票及时付款.

? Meet baseline sales target within 6 months (Commission Pool).

在6个月试用期中达到最基本销售业绩要求(佣金制度)

? Effective Promotion of company products.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE


? ACEDAMIC


  • College degree or above

大专或以上学历


? SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE


  • 1-5 years in freight forwarding sales or customer service related function working experience.

1-5 年从事货运行业销售或客户服务相关职业经验

  • Good communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skill.

良好的沟通, 谈判, 演讲和人际沟通能力


  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese.

必须具有中英文读写和流畅沟通的能力
