Job Description

As a Field Sales Engineer (Account Executive), you are responsible for business growth and all aspects of ADI's business-to-business relationship with a specific group of accounts in the Illinois marketplace.  The primary engine for business growth is customer adoption of Analog Devices technology solutions in their end products.  The Field Sales Engineer (FSE) should be competent at engaging at all levels with the customer, up to and including C-Suite.  The FSE should be able to readily map out and execute long-term strategic engagement plans with the customers that have the most significant growth potential in the territory.  While there will be Field Applications Engineer (FAE) resources available, the FSE should be comfortable and competent engaging in electronics technical discussions on a daily basis; BSEE degree is highly desired. Strong social intelligence and communications skills are critical to success in this role. Self-motivation and a drive to win are needed for this position. This is a hybrid office role; you can operate from your home office or the Analog Devices Schaumburg Office or both.
