As an Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) Field Sales Engineer for the Rockies market, you will leverage your leadership skills, business acumen and technical abilities, to achieve growth in Sales, Design Wins, and Customer Loyalty by:

  • Positioning Intel FPGA solutions to strategic accounts

  • Establishing influential executive and engineering relationships

  • Identifying opportunities in your account base and uncovering customer needs and decision process to align solutions to make them successful

  • Orchestrating winning strategies leveraging Intel PSG technologies and solutions and an extended team of support resources

  • Expanding the addressable market by identifying and servicing non-traditional FPGA opportunities

  • Creating, maintaining, and executing to written plans at the territory, account and opportunity level

  • Working with the field applications, sales operations and other stakeholders to ensure outstanding technical and logistical support for assigned accounts

  • Managing opportunities from discovery to revenue using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

  • Generating sales and design win forecasts and conducting territory reviews

  • This is a commissioned sales position.


The responsibilities may include:

  • Managing the relationship between Intel and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at the accounts.

  • Develop relationships with distributors and engage distributor resources in support of assigned accounts. Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts.

  • Ensure that goals are consistent with Intel's strategic direction of: 1. Maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long-term and 2. Increasing the preference for Intel architectures among assigned customers.

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quotas in conjunction with the Field Applications Engineer.

  • Communicate strategies to the appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination.

  • Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices, including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor degree (any) with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant sales experience in the semiconductor, technology or related industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related.

Experience with Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$167,770.00-$268,430.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
