Job Description

    Objectives and Scope of Position:

    Lead, Coach, Mentor and Train Sales staffs. Achieve set Sales and Market Share objectives

    Outputs:

    • Achievement of Promotion target.
    • Achievement of Key Sales Performance Indicators.
    • Develop Capabilities and Competency of Sales team.
    • Development of professional relationships with Medical Practitioners
    • Grow Market Share of Promoted products within assigned field
    • Annual field business plan

    Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    1. Planning

    • Develop, implement and monitor Field Business plan
    • Develop annual resource plan and expenditure budget plan

    2. Account & Brand Management

    • Build strong relationships and credibility with Key Opinion Leaders and authority to build product advocacy
    • Appropriate management of CRM system to feedback and coach sales team

    3. Performance Management

    • Understand company business strategy, set working objective and promotion task, motivate team to ensure achievement of Company objectives
    • Provide and analyze field/market feedback, trends and competitive intelligence to marketing to assist in strategic direction and campaign
    • Conduct regular sales operation review meeting and provide regular sales analysis report to NSM
    • Build cooperative and collaborative team spirit to align well with company’s culture

    4. Finance Management

    • Monitor budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy and financial procedures

    5. Team Management

    • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring & Training direction to sales personnel
    • Conduct performance management, professional development and hiring of sales personnel

    6. Self-Management

    • Adhere to the code of conducts and relevant local SOPs, reporting all drug safety or product complaints/counterfeits, within ONE working day
    • Attend annual drug safety and product complaints/counterfeit training
    • Develop leadership/people management skills to realize continuous self-improvement
    • Demonstrate professional leadership and commitment in administering company’s values.

    7. Professional and Technical Requirements

    Education/Qualifications:

    Minimum: University degree or above with health care expertise

    Experience, Skills, Knowledge

    1. Experience of 5+ years experiences in Sales and/or Marketing within pharmaceutical industry
