As our Field Service Customer Service Manager, you will provide high-quality, profitable service support to our customers and lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Engineers (CSE’s) to ensure they are achieving the very best customer service possible. To give you an idea of how this flexible role would feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: Maintain the highest customer satisfaction Look for opportunities to maximise service revenue Monitor the level of customer satisfaction at regular intervals Organise and chair appropriate service review meetings Effectively manage and escalate unresolved customer technical problems To succeed, you should have line management experience as well as experience in customer escalation management and service contract management/negotiation.
