Responsbility：

• Quickly and effectively respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding product service.

• Provide field services to the customers with high 1st time fix rate.

• Foster customer satisfaction by providing professional, timely and effective technical service and support for the Pfeiffer customer base that is in-line with warranty or support agreement features

• Explore the service business potentials and customer needs, recommend Pfeiffer service solutions to customers and keep close follow-up.

• Work with service & sales team to build up strong relationship, demonstrate technical support and provide technical proposal to drive the service & sales business.

• Ensure that health and safety standards are followed. Finish ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor.

Qualification

Education: College Degree or above

• Working Experience: More than 3 years technical service, with solid technical background.

• Base in Shanghai, be responsible and can work on autonomic

• Experience in Vacuum products, focus on Coating and industry market R&D market
