Position Summary:

Perform multi-mode readers, high end washers’ installation, application training and troubleshooting in field

Tasks:

1. Receive calls on technical enquiries from end user or distributor engineer's, in a PC office environment

2. Determine the malfunction caused by hardware or reagents, application methods..

3. Perform daily installation and field service including perform preventive maintenance or service repair in south region

4. Provide assistance to service sale to drive service business in south region

5. Follow up other task assigned

Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Life Science or related

2. With minimum 3 years’ solid experience in a scientific laboratory and with multi-mode reader is desirable

3. Good experiences on the fields of pharmaceutical, environmental, food and industrial analysis and sample preparing is required.

4. Very good command on verbal and written English.

5. Strong communication skills

6. Readiness for travel
