1. 提供博世力士乐变频器及电控（包括伺服驱动器/电机、运动控制、PLC等）产品快捷高质量的服务，以支持相关产品销售和业务发展；

2. 开展产品安装、调试、培训等服务活动，促进服务增值业务和项目业务发展；

3. 提供现场故障排查，分析产品故障原因；

4. 提供服务热线支持，解答客户产品技术服务咨询；

5. 收集服务信息，包括产品质量和客户信息等并反馈给服务主管；

6. 部门经理或主管安排的其它工作；

1. Provide prompt and qualified Rexroth frequency converter product and AE product ( including Servo drive&Motor, Motion control, PLC, etc.) on-site service to support the Rexroth business development;

2. Provide installation, commissioning and product/service training to support advancement of service business and project business;

3. On-site trouble-shooting, investigate and analyse cause of the product/equipment problems;

4. Provide hotline support to customer for product technical and service inquiry;

5. Collect product quality information and service market information, and feedback to service supervisor;

6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor or department head.

-自动化、电气工程、电力电子、电机等相关专业，大学学历;
-2年或以上变频器、伺服驱动器产品维护、调试、维修经验;
-熟悉变频器基本原理和结构，熟悉工厂配电系统；了解工控行业一般产品和应用，如PLC，工业通讯等；
-良好的团队合作精神；能够适应频繁出差;
-熟悉Excel、PowerPoint等常用办公软件的使用；
-良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；

- Bachelor; major in Industrial Automation, Motor, or Power Electrons;
-2 years or above maintaining, commissioning, repairing working experience in frequency converter or servo drive;
-Be familiar with electrical principle and structure of converter, and factory power distribution; Learning of common industrial automation product and basic application, such as PLC, communication;
- Good teamwork spirit; be able to travel frequently;
- Be familiar with MS-Office, including Excel, PowerPoint;
- Good command of oral English and written English
