More about us https://www.eaton.com Field Service Engineer – Team Leader (Kista, Sweden) This role leads, develops and manages the Field Service team and partners that serves our customers across Sweden and cooperates with neighbouring countries. Team is well established for UPS systems and intends to be also in power distribution including traditional low & medium voltage service and fast-growing technologies like Electric Vehicles charging & Energy Storages systems. Role is also substitute for the other FSE Team Leader e.g. during vacations. In charge of singe team operations and Service Coordination. Responsible for creating a compelling Service Value by ensuring sold services are delivered with good quality, on-time and efficiently. Establishes good connection with sales giving input from the field supporting growth, innovation and profit plan requirements, whilst applying the Eaton standard work practices as defined by EBS and driving Eaton’s Zero Safety Culture. Your key deliverables: Service Operations Reporting evaluation and development of KPI’s aligned to the country-specific plans Maintains Internal Reports as required by the internal organization Manages service complaints and warranty cases Coordinates the Field Service internal team and external resources: ensure efficient utilization of service resources (internal or external) in compliance to H&S regulations, Field Audits, Training and development Ensures the highest level of safety standards are implemented and aligned with Eaton’s standard on Managing Environment, Safety, Security and Health, Eaton's Zero Incident Safety Culture as well as national guidelines and procedures Leadership Provides operational leadership to the field service team Acts as a role model in line with Eaton ethical standards of conduct and Eaton leadership value and attributes. Builds Organizational Capability by developing competencies as well as identifying skill gaps Ensures development plan for his team including all necessary training program and coaching Qualifications What we are looking for: Education level required: B.Sc. in electrical engineering or proven industry experience Years and area of experience required: Proven track record in Field Service Engineering, 3+yrs within a leading role, Knowledge of field engineering services, Experience in electrical / mechanical or industrial environment, Experience of being Manager of People Technical knowledge: UPSs, low voltage & medium voltage power distribution, basic IT systems, Proficiency in English both verbal and written Soft skills: Ability to lead the service team including remote team members, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Systematic & good Time Management What we offer: Excellent working environment – safety and ethic are really important for us Learning & Development - We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University At Eaton, promoting gender equality is central to our vision of creating a truly diverse and inclusive business where everyone matters, and everyone belongs.
