Job Description:

• Provide hardware and software support, as well as requested assistance by end-users
• Performs general PC support and troubleshooting
• Responsible for on-site maintenance support
• Perform any other IT duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirement Details:

• 5 / DSE or above with at least 1 year of experience in IT related job
• Self-motivated team player with good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Less experienced candidate will also be considered
