You will be responsible for coordinating the resolution of highest-level customer technical issues within eMobility product portfolio. The role will require the ability to analyze both hardware and software logic errors, engage with development engineering, directly interact with end users/customers, and assemble teams that will drive issues to quick resolution. You will require field travel and work across continents, to gain the level of competencies required to act as the localized expert for issue resolution. Additionally, this role will be the final escalation path for remote field triage, starting with level one customer call centers and moving through various Siemens technical support escalations. You will report directly to the Head of eMobility in Turkey. Fulfilling service contract obligations and documents events that impact operation, scope of work, and site performance, Assisting in troubleshooting and developing solutions to support the eMobility service projects, Carrying out operational and fault diagnostics on hardware and software, this also includes the systematic testing and analysis of the charging processes, Focusing and developing remote services on site via AR and XR tools, Monthly field issue analytics, as a method for providing product quality feedback to manufacturing and engineering teams, Giving support to Charging Point Operators, partners and to our customers, Providing after-sales customer support on dedicated portfolio, Actively contributing with know-how and best practice information together with the eMobility HQ team, Following the Project Execution referring PM@Siemens Guide. At least 3 years experience in field services, Having experience in Installation & Commissioning or Project Management, Experience in the preparation of the technical documentation, reports and presentation, Previous experience with EV chargers and OCPP protocols would be an advantage, Bachelor’s degree in Electric&Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or relevant fields, Very good command of Turkish & English, Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies, No obligation for travel and driving licence required.
