Responsibilities:
Provide direct end-user support on PC software & hardware issues
Provide workstation installation and software deployment, upgrade and troubleshooting
Setup and maintain system hardware and software environment in client sites

Requirements :
Certificate or Diploma holder in IT
Experience in desktop PC/laptop hardware installation and printer setup and troubleshooting
Familiar with Microsoft Windows installation, configuration and troubleshooting
