For our Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Business Unit, we are searching for a Field Service Professional! This role will be supporting the site management team. What part will you play? Acting on behalf of the employer with the appointment made by the Team Leader in the workplace. Working in the management of the construction site. In this context, the field carries responsibility as an employer representative in accordance with the regulatory requirements. Implementing and routing assembly jobs. Planing the time of the testing and commissioning works within the scope of the project and follows the performance of the work. Processing the technical changes occurring in the project on site and checks that the documents are processed as "as-built". Programming set-up work with project manager. (timeline, resource planning, materials, tools, etc.). Leading assembly personnel in functional matters. Controlling the execution of the implementation of subdisciplinaries and/or conducts on-site supervision/consultancy. Providing the necessary guidance on the creation of the site mobilization area to Siemens standards. Supervising the field team in Health, Safety and Environment issues. Ensuring that the reports are prepared and shared with the relevant people on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis regarding the progress. What you need to make real what matters. • Associate's Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics. • Experience in energy sector. • Knowledge on compliance, communication methods, change & claim management, risk & opportunity management, Health & Safety Regulations will be an asset. • Knowledge in Autocad and MS Office Applications. • Excellent command of Turkish & English (German will be preferred) • Driving license is required. • No restriction to travel within Turkey and abroad.
