More about us https://www.eaton.com Senior Field Service Engineer Your key deliverables: Responsible for overseeing Data centre commissioning across EMEA on behalf of Field Service Provide highest level of technical expertise in all Hyperscale commissioning activities. Support and train Local FSE in such activities Manage key account technical escalations providing support including site visits, to engineers and customers alike, Drive escalations to conclusion and provide feedback where necessary. Work closely with Project Managers, advising on commissioning considerations and assisting on selection of suitable engineers, carry out site visits as required. Assist SIS with support of high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required. Maintain direct links with business units (HPO) and act as focal point for all technical exchange regarding the commissioning procedures and testing Manage sub contractor teams were required Perform Health & Safety audits of FSE and subcontractors ensuring the high standards required by EATON are maintained. Main responsibilities: Current diagnostics and repairs Programming and Service of Eaton devices Sell products of Eaton service and coordinate service Commissioning and maintenance of Eaton systems Direct contact with customers with good customer orientation; Close cooperation with Customer Service Department and Service group to process all customer service issues and to identify customer complaints Liaising and maintaining customer relationships whilst maintaining quality customer service Managing the customer install base with the provided internal apps - ERP/CRM Use the tools, clothing and equipment’s defined by management and Eaton EHS Readiness to travel inside Sweden and abroad if needed Ensure close cooperation with Team Leader, Service Coordinator and Service Sales Manager Report on time / Bring daily updates to management what works has been done during the day, what works need to be rescheduled. Participate to safety and technical trainings arranged by Eaton or by customer Ensure the service work are done following the instructions, and complaints activity is managed at the quality standard. Acts ethically and according to Eaton Values & Philosophy following the company rules and policies (such as EBS) i.e. leading by example and ensuring that also own team members and vendors are following these rules. Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management. Leading Eaton on site teams Dealing with major customer escalations Providing on site customer trainings Qualifications What we are looking for: Installer electrical background, suitable education 3 to 5+ years, 2 + years’ experience in the field Three phase electrical installation or maintenance experience essential. English and Swedish skills (Fluent) Good understanding of switch panels and power distribution.
