Job Description
Your tasks:
- Performs Corrective and Preventive maintenance of systems
- Manages and maintains software packages and updating systems
- Performs Site surveys, site installation and commissioning of systems; hardware and software
- Prepares training material and performs customer training
- Participates in customers’ demonstrations and presentations
Your qualifications:
- At least a Diploma/ Degree in Electronics Engineering with emphasis on Wireless Communications or IT/Computer Science
- Minimum of 2 years in the supporting of IT infrastructure particularly systems deployment/integration
- Experience in satellite communication/monitoring systems will be advantageous
- Knowledge in networking IP, routing and configuration will be advantageous
- Knowledge in Ansible, basic database administration, Linux and Windows scripting will be advantageous
- Self- starter with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong customer service orientation
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Able to communicate with stakeholders of diverse culture and nationalities.
- Willingness to travel
