Job Responsibilities:

• L1 Desktop support, provide support to front to back office
• Installation of new applications
• Maintenance of LAN and desktop
• Troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• At least 1 year’ experience in providing end-user support
• Basic knowledge in network troubleshooting (IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• HK Permanent Resident is required
