Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing field support services of PC/Laptop
• Perform service reporting
• Participate IT service projects

Requirement:

• Cert/Diploma holder in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or related qualifications
• At least 1 year experience in PC/Laptop hardware, MS Windows 10, Mac OS and peripheral equipment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• HK Permanent Resident is required
