• Experience range – 5 to 7 years IT support experience
• Ability to provide End user support and manage application servers
• Ability to provide Datacenter operations – monitoring jobs and backups, basic server troubleshooting skills
• Should be able to provide smart hands and feet support for Network and IT Security support
• Vendor management for DC operations
• Ability to speak and write English along with local language
• Follow Customer Incident management process for Sibelco Support
• Should be willing to support sites around the Base locations
