An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Technical Specialist to join our Neuromodulation team for a 12 month fixed-term contract . This unique role has a profound impact on patients’ lives through providing pre and post procedure education together with intraoperative product support.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be based in Brisbane and provide technical expertise and support to Health Care Professionals and our Territory Managers. Frequent travel to Townsville is required to fulfil the duties of this role.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Shared account management and ownership, in consultation with the Territory Manager
- Liaising with Territory Management re Neuromodulation promotion, product, therapies, service and support
- Providing market feedback on product and competitor activity
- Maintaining technical competency through training and education including knowledge of therapies and procedures
- Assisting with product marketing and launches
- Developing and maintaining relationships and delivering a high level of service delivery
Skills/Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline equivalent: Bachelor’s degree in bio medical /medical technology/science preferred
- Experience in the clinical support of medical devices is highly regarded but not essential
- An ability to demonstrate a high degree of technical capability
