Position Summary:
The successful incumbent is responsible for performing physical inventory in the field at dealership sites, book, remarketing, lease line and fleet audits for the organization.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform Physical, Book, Remarketing, Lease Line and Fleet audits for the brand within the assigned frequency in compliance with Wholesale Policy while supporting DSI initiatives.
- Ensure all outstanding sold units and AOP's are collected. Daily review of DataScan audits & reconcile prior to uploading in AIM.
- Follow-up on open irregularities for verification and for clearance. Travel required.
- Report audit violations to Team Leader, Wholesale Auditor for consultation on corrective actions. Counsel dealership management and provide recommendation to improve processes to avoid future violations. Update W/S audit procedures as required to meet current practices.
- Supervise Field Associates from DataScan on high profile and high volume dealer audits to achieve efficient completion of audits. Provide effective coaching and guidance to Field Associates as required to ensure full compliance with audit guidelines.
- Assist Dealer Credit Operations with various projects as required to support Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) initiatives.
- Provide back up support on as-needed basis to Wholesale Administrator.

Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree with focus in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Statistics or Accounting is preferred.
- 1 – 3 years of overall business experience is required.
- 1 – 3 years of experience working in the captive auto finance industry is preferred.
- Minimum 1-year experience in auditing, collections, customer service and finance.
