We are seeking a File Storage Clerk to provide clerical and logistic support for the Office Administration team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily off-site records service
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the Access system of all files / cartons being kept with the service provider
  • Handle the retrieval, addition and destruction of files being kept with the service provider
  • Verify monthly invoices received from the service provider with our own inventory records
  • Assist with summarizing and reporting daily new pick up files / cartons
  • Answer general enquiries from internal clients

Experience

  • Form 5 graduate with a minimum of two years’ working experience
  • Experience in handling data input is an advantage
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Access is a must
  • Good typing skills in both Chinese and English
  • Knowledge of spoken English and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Mature, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
