Job Summary
FileMaker Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Apple Inc., is looking for interns to join the FileMaker dev team. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical skills who can contribute in a dynamic team environment and work independently. The successful candidate will design and develop small projects, fix bugs, and ensure the successful delivery.

Responsibilities
The dev intern is expected to learn various FileMaker software knowledge and technologies, programming languages and tools. You will have access to specifications, design documents, and source code. This position is based in Beijing.

The position will need to:

• Research and define project scope
• Plan schedule
• Design and implement features
• Communicate with other developers and QA in both China and US.
• Deliver high quality results

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with C++, Objective-C, Java script, or some other programming languages
• Excellent written and oral English
• Self learner
• Good problem solving skills, detail oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Great team player

Plus

• Experience or knowledge of the FileMaker platform
• Experience with Web technologies, Client technologies
• In depth knowledge of Mac OS X, Linux or Windows technologies
