Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Filing Room daily work;
- Assist in stationery distribution and monthly store take;
- Assist in V supply system daily management;
- Assist to support admin matters with south small offices set up;
- Support printing and binding;
- Support other Admin matters when needed.
- 协助档案室的日常工作;
- 协助文具的分发和每月的库存;
- 协助V供应系统的日常管理;
- 协助南方小办事处的行政事务;
- 支持打印和绑定;
- 在必要时支持其他行政事务.
Requirements:
- College degree with proficient skills in MS Office software;
- Fair oral and written English skills;
- Good sense of service and responsibility;
- Related previous working experience is preferred.
- 大专以上学历,熟练使用微软办公软件;
- 良好的英语口头和书面表达能力;
- 良好的服务意识和责任感;
- 有相关工作经验者优先.
