Responsibilities:


  • Assist in Filing Room daily work;

  • Assist in stationery distribution and monthly store take;

  • Assist in V supply system daily management;

  • Assist to support admin matters with south small offices set up;

  • Support printing and binding;

  • Support other Admin matters when needed.

  • 协助档案室的日常工作;

  • 协助文具的分发和每月的库存;

  • 协助V供应系统的日常管理;

  • 协助南方小办事处的行政事务;

  • 支持打印和绑定;

  • 在必要时支持其他行政事务.

Requirements:






  • College degree with proficient skills in MS Office software;

  • Fair oral and written English skills;

  • Good sense of service and responsibility;

  • Related previous working experience is preferred.


  • 大专以上学历,熟练使用微软办公软件;

  • 良好的英语口头和书面表达能力;

  • 良好的服务意识和责任感;

  • 有相关工作经验者优先.
