Purpose of role:

？ Assist filling supervisor in daily operation of Filling team.

？ To carry out the filling work following the instruction and supervision for the making process base on HSSE, ISO 9000 &ISO 14000 TS16949 procedures to ensure the good quality of products produced and maintain high HSSE value.

？ Ensure the HSSE compliance and continuous improvement, statistics and analysis related KPIs, e.g. OEE, Volume per FTE etc, also lead team to complete the production plan timely, improve the team’s efficiency. Support the team to launch the new product.

？ Follow the Minimum Quality Standard & QA Menu to ensure 100% implementation of working instruction.

Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role

？ Ensure that BP Group’s HSSE policies and regulations are followed during filling operation at all the time, fully meet with BP/HSSE objectives and implement OMS requirement.

？ Lead the production line to execute daily production plan and operations base on the current manpower and schedule by shift.

？ Ensure Filling operation to be in line with SOP/WI; make sure all operations are well controlled in accordance with the procedures developed.

？ Ensure that filling plan/schedule are followed and fulfilled, update the production schedule in time and feedback to supervisor if any abnormal;

？ Perform bulk loading & Lead repacking & decanting to fulfil the customers requirement as schedule;

？ Performs on-line quality inspection in requested interval especially first part confirmation and complete all records properly.

？ Assist Filling supervisor to support the development of filling / packaging procedures as necessary, make the procedures ready in time of plant commissioning / start-up.

？ Assist Filling supervisor to maintain and improve Filling KPIs, such as OEE

？ In charge of filling, labelling and packing operation to ensure FG package with high quality

？ Coordinate with CF to transfer finished products to ensure products delivery on time;

？ Ensure 5S implementation in Filling area

？ Handle the leaked products effectively based on HSSE requirement

？ Assist Filling supervisor to Develop the annual training/improve plan for 3rd party contractors.

？ Attend monthly stock taking when it is necessary

？ Other task assigned by supervisor

Experience & Expertise (mandatory & desired)

Mandatory:

？ -At least high middle school degree in engineering, chemical preferred

？ -More than 6 years of plant experience in production of similar process. -Other valued skills are computer familiarity and competency

？ -Good communicator and team worker with the ability and willingness to work closely with others

？ -Willingness to teach and share information with others

？ -Willingness to learn and show initiatives for self-improvements

？ -. Basic English reading/writing.
