ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Responsible for journal entries for all trading company’s activities, monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliation to ensure PLC meeting all statutory requirements

2.Work with Senior Analyst and HQ to perform intercompany reconciliation and investigate variances.

3.Prepare and submit accurately tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports on time.

4.Responsible for monthly invoicing process including VAT invoice & import tax invoices.

5.Responsible for processing regular export tax refund for consolidated entities.

6.Responsible for daily cash receipt and disbursement.

7.Understand update national Tax related policy and improve work process.

8.Participate in internal control improvement.

9. Ad hoc project as assigned.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1. BS degree or above, major in financial account;

2. At least 2 years accounting experience;

3. Familiar with local tax policy;

4. Familiar with MRP or DAX system will be preferred;

5. CET – 4 or above.
