Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts
• Review daily accounting operations
• Full spectrum of regular financial reporting for the Association, including group consolidation
• Assist in preparing statutory audited financial statements and liaise with external auditor
• Ensure the integrity of financial information and controls
• Provide quality financial information and make recommendations to top management to support the decision making process
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
• Cash flow and inventory management
• Assist in budget preparation
• Improve systems and procedures
• Establish and refine financial policies of the Association to improve management efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control
• Deal with financial institutions and other organizations
• Handle full set of accounts independently when required
• Lead small projects
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, ACCA/HKICPA Finalist or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge in full set of accounts is a must
• Solid and practical experience in inventory management preferred
• Independent, strong financial judgment and problem-solving ability
• Hands-on approach and committed to continuous improvement
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work outside office hours
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Working knowledge of MYOB and POS System preferred
• Immediately available
