Our client, a leading Inv. Bank is seeking a number of accounting professional to join its team to cope with business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client deposit and withdrawal request
• Responsible for voucher inputs, expenses disbursement and bank reconciliation
• Prepare AR, AP, investment portfolio schedules on monthly basis
• Prepare management reports
• Update signing arrangement and daily funding arrangement with banks
• Assist month-end/year-end closing process
• Assist year-end audit
• Provide administrative support to the department

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline; Diploma or equivalent may also be considered
• Familiar with Securities and Futures (Client Money) Rules
• At least 3-4 years practical experience in financial service industry (Securities firms preferred) is a must
• Experience in handling bank reconciliation and e-banking systems
• Mature, able to work under pressure and a good team player
• Good computer skills with proficiency in using MS Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
