POSITION OBJECTIVES :

To manage financial performance of China unit by analyzing key issues, identifying improvements and monitoring implementation of standard practice and new business development.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A.STRATEGY AND PLANNING:

• -Oversee the overall maintenance of company fiscal and accounting records
• -Review financial and audit reports of companies to recommend approval or suggest changes
• -Oversee the development and maintenance of China unit accounting and financial management systems that comply with all applicable accounting principles, standards, laws and internal controls.
• -Analyze and implement new business / new project.

B.OPERATIONAL:

• -Monitoring payment, bank loan, and cash flow
• -Analyze Balance Sheet, P&L, and all financial report.
• -Create company budget periodically.
• -Controlling all cost under company.
• -Manage fixed aset of company
• -Support in SAP, Public Relation, IT, and translating matters
• -Support in new business and regular selling price review

C.REPORT AND ADMINISTRATION:

• -Consolidation report

REQUIREMENTS:

Educational & Experience:

• Bachelor degree with 10 years working experience in related field.
• Master degree with 5 years working experience in related field.

Skill & Competency:

• Financial & Accounting knowledge
• Tax knowledge
• Computer literate

• Fluent in english
