Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and group consolidation;
•  and cash flow management;
• Manage the team on daily accounting operation, treasury & cash management (executing inter-account transactions and cash pooling);
• Assist in year-end audit and tax filing;
• Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls and procedures;
• Assist in handling company secretarial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Accounting / Finance or related subjects, with professional qualification in ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent;
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in financial and management reporting, forecasting and budgeting;
• Solid experience in F&B industry is highly preferred;
• Experiences with Big 4 will be an advantage;
• Familiar with HK ComSec guidelines will be an advantage;
• Proficient in computerized accounting software;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; 
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills; 
• Mature, self-motivated and proactive with the passion to provide target deliverables under tight schedule and pressure; 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager
