Pickupp is a fast growing logistics tech startup with operations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. We enable merchants and independent delivery agents to execute deliveries in the most efficient and cost effective way.

We assist online and offline merchants with e-commerce deliveries as well as partner with large freight companies on tailored last mile solutions. Our team consists of ex-Uber members and counts Alibaba as an investor in recent rounds of fundraising.

About The Role:

• Lead all aspects of finance and accounting operations including daily operations of AR, AP, month-end closing, preparing financial statements and management reporting, etc.
• Collaborate with CEO, Financial Controller and Country General Managers for all aspects of finance and accounting operations as our business scales up.
• Manage working capital, lead budgets and forecasts.
• Review and improve business and financial controls, redefine and setup new workflows.
• Review and develop policies and control procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Liaise with external auditors for the annual audit and fundraising.
• Involve and executive any ad-hoc strategic finance projects.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Qualified accountant / CPA holder.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, written and spoken.
• Top-notch problem solving and hustle skills, plus ability to adapt to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making mentality.
• Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects.
