Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small team of accounting professionals to deliver quality management reporting and consolidation of subsidiaries
• Prepare statutory accounts, tax and other regulatory returns
• Evaluate and recommend effective internal control policies and system
• Liaise with auditors / consultants / authorities on audit and tax matters
• Monitor business performance and perform analytics on the Group’s investment portfolio
• Coach and monitor team performance
• Participate in ad hoc investment projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• CA/CPA qualified with at least 8 years of relevant and Big Four post qualification experience
• Experience in taxation and system implementation would be an advantage
• Commercial awareness with knowledge of financial and investment products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and people management skills; a team player
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
