Your Tasks and Responsibilities: • You will be responsible for scheduling appointment and maintain calendars • You will be responsible for schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings • You will be responsible for prepare communications such as Memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence • You will be responsible for create and maintain filing system both electronic and physical • You will be responsible for managing travel expense and perform bookkeeping • You will be the point of contact for Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff, taking notes and minutes in meetings, ordering and taking stock of office supplies, being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders • You will support basic commercial tasks defined by the Line Manager Your Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Administration completed or in process of completion • Proven working experience would be an asset • Self-starter, motivated and result oriented • Reliable and able to carry out tasks autonomously and collaboratively • SAP knowledge would be an asset • Being proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel • Good command of English and Presentation skills • Strong level of English communication Your attributes and skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong drive and focus for results • Ability to analyse numbers and business acumen. • Methodical and systematic. • Ability to communicate across various level. • Thorough understanding of the cultures, customs, traditions and customer expectations in every Gulf country.
