Job Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain financial analysis reports for company’s financial performance and complete the monthly comments in time

• Initiate the improvement projects according to the analysis result

• Reinforce the company’s internal control, review or establish new processes to meet business requirement; strengthen the communication with other departments on behalf of finance department.

• Learn the business/segment requirements to provide valuable financial analysis with valuable comments

• Handle the annual closing and audit for JPHK and regional HQ

• Support finance director for strategy documentation, business review and BoD meeting material preparing;

• Lead the financial controlling team in Shanghai to handle all costs booking and analysis in JCZC/regional HQ/JPHK except ZJG factory, cost review with each department to make sure the costs are within budget and deviation can be explained

• Help global IA team to join the IA project at most twice a year

• Keep regular and friendly dialogue with group finance team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with at least 9 year Finance analysis working experience
• Fluent English both written and orally
• logical and analytical thinking
• Proficient leadership, communication and interface skills
