Monthly review of financial data and financial statement including but not limit to balance sheet, income statement, cash flow etc. Factory KPIs reporting. 月度审查分析公司主要财务数据与报表包括但不限于资产负债表、损益表与现金流量表等等。工厂关键绩效指标报告。 Month end closing accounting responsibilities, such as monthly closing and related accounting vouchers, regular auditing support etc. 月末结算会计责任, 如月结以及相关凭证，常规审计支持等。 Enterprise risk management (ERM), Internal Control (R/IC) and other internal control related tasks. 企业风险管理和内部控制系统以及其他内控相关责任。 Productivity management. Coordinating Productivity system implantation and ensure the measures properly measured and recorded, and monitoring system is in place. 生产力管理, 协调生产力系统的实施, 保证相关措施准确完整地记录和监控。 Working out the financial plannings by months, quarters, and years. Review on regular basis of implementation and deviation. 参与编制公司的月、季、年度财务计划，并对执行情况进行分析。 Tasks and reports ad hoc assigned by line manager. 其他直线经理指派的任务或者报表。 What do I need to qualify for this job? 3 years + of professional experience with accounting, controlling, finance, or related background 3年以上会计、控制、财务或相关背景的专业经验 Bachelor degree or above, major in finance background preferred 财务相关专业优先 SAP knowledge and experience. Experience with BI tools preferred 熟悉SAP相关模块操作，有商业智能工具经验者优先 Strong sense of responsibility, willing to take ownership with growth mindset 高度责任心，愿意以成长的心态承担起责任 Good Communication & Collaboration.
