Job Description
Monthly
  • Perform month-end closing and reporting activities
  • Provide on-time financial analysis on Project and Service Business
  • Monitor productivity of the Project and Service Team, analyze over / under absorption
  • Prepare, organize and participate Project Financial Reviews
  • Provide Sales Forecast from Backlog Burning on Project and Service Business
  • Play a key finance role to coordinate with India + HK IT team, China teams to identify and solve technical issues in the accounting system
Quarterly
  • Support Project Controller / Finance Business Partner on Quarterly Business Review
Add-Hoc

  • Support Project and Service team for finance related topics on Project Management Platform
  • Provide opinion from finance part during tender phase to the Sales/Tender manager
  • Support on Internal/External Audit, Internal Control

Qualifications

Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance / Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills
  • Advanced MS office skills required
  • Good with numbers, and experience with management performance metrics
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills
  • Oracle know-how on Project Accounting Module
Good to Have:

  • Experience in Project Accounting (POC method)
