The position is a key role to lead all FP&A activities for Electron Microscopy (EM) Business in FEI Company Taiwan branch, a group company of Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a strategic business partner, the position will closely work with business leader in Taiwan as well as global Finance counterparts for assigned business divisions, and contributes to the business divisions’ performance improvement by providing insightful financial analysis and support for execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Support leading and managing financial planning and review processes:
• Forecast, track, analyze revenue and commercial P/L as well as preparing monthly/quarterly business review package
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance
• Communicate with Commercial Leader for financial performance
• Measure and identify opportunities to improve financial performance
• Support preparing annual operating plan, monthly and mid-term forecasts, and long-term strategic plan
• Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Perform complex financial analysis to support management decision making process
• Liaise with Global Division /Finance and APAC Division/Finance teams

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent knowledge
• 5+ years experiences in FP&A or Commercial Finance roles
• Thorough understanding in financial accounting
• Strong command in English
• Hands-on experience in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and analytical tools (Hyperion)
