Job Description
1 Year Contract - Finance Graduate Program
- Assist pricing approval from BU: email communications, margin simulation and collect inputs/justification from commercial team in the country.
- Weekly refresh revenue/booking performance by sales rep via Power BI to help business improve the pacing of revenue and booking
- Monthly tracking new acquisition and sell-out of demo and seed units to ensure all the assets are under good management and in line with the company policy; new investments comply with AOP (annual operating plan)
- Weekly tracking large instrument unit forecast to help commercial team improve the forecast accuracy in terms of product mix and quantity
- Participate month-end closing activities to monitor KPIs related to Accounts Receivable and Inventory, challenge commercial team and make up the action plan
- Weekly follow up the action plan / initiatives aligned in month end close cycle to help commercial team improve DSO and DOS.
- Any other ad-hoc projects / tasks assigned by APAC CMD Finance Director
