Role Summary:
Drive optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution. The FP&A role covers:

• Financial forecasting and variance analysis as well as preparation of Blueprint, Pacing, QMI etc.
• Financial analysis support Operations to drive supply chain velocity, such as VCP, TOP, inventory turn etc.
• Financial analysis support to Operations in assigned cost out projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Organize & lead business Blueprint.
• Prepare business/financial operation plan package with detailed analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial package for pacing, QMI, quarter close based on FP&A rhythm.
• Function as a business partner to assist and drive Operations to meet financial commitments and goals through analysis of actuals verssus plan.
• Provide various finance data and operation metrics with analysis per request from management & global counterparts.
• Drive FP&A process improvement.
• Lead and co-ordinate across functions on simplification projects.
• Support Finance manager in Ad hoc analysis or projects.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Economics
• 4 to 5 years working experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese & English
• Strong analytics skills
• Curiosity on operation details
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Team work
• Open mindset
• Excel and PPT proficiency

Desired Characteristics:

• International company experience
• Experience as internal or external auditor
• Expertise in VBA, database, programing is a plus
• Manufacturing site experience is a plus
• FMP / PFLP /CAS experience is a plus
• CPA or equivalent accounting certificate
