SEATW financial reporting and analysis

• Partner with SEATW commercial leader to provide financial insights, risk assessment and recommendation based on business understanding and data analysis
• Standardize review formats and cadences to enhance efficiency of current process
• Ensure key deliverables and timelines for division and country reviews are met.
• Track and analyze monthly backlog and actuals to ensure ability to deliver on target / forecast.
• Drive forecast calls with sales and territory leads. Prepare QBR slide decks for reviews
• Coordinate and consolidate Annual Operating Plan/STRAP to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. Build templates for planning, reconciliation and review.
• Capex Tracking
• Territory Setting & Sales Attainment Computation
• Ad-hoc analysis, pricing/financial modeling, consolidation or related duties as required.

Strong ability to work across the matrix

• Possess strong communication skills and ability to work in a complex division / country matrix structure Actively participate and work closely with the commercial team, to support the Commercial Leaders and regional team within SEATW.
• Liaise with various functions including customer fulfillment to understand shipment and order status to ensure forecast accuracy
